Register as a new patient

Currently Dental Practice Maura van den Winkel is still admitting new patients.

This is how we work

  • First we do an intake where you can discuss your wishes and needs
  • We do an oral treatment, and if necessary make x-ray’s.
  • Together and in fully agreement, if needed, we make sure that there is a fitting treatment for you.
  • Once you agree on the treatment we make a follow up appointment

The best way to sign up is to fill in the questionnaire, so we can register you at our clinic and contact you via phone to make the first appointment.

  • Step 1: fill out the form and press ‘send’
  • Step 2: you will receive an e-mail with the conformation of your application
  • Step 3: we will call you to plan the first appointment
